The queer gang was last seen in Canada, taking part in a bike race where Michael [Hal Sparks] and Ben [Robert Gant] decide to get married before returning to Pittsburgh.
Melanie [Michelle Clunie] and Lindsay [Thea Gill] split up. Melanie kicks Lindsay out, after finding out about the affair while coping with their second child.
Michael and Ben buy a house but Hunter [Harris Allan] runs away from their ideal gay household after his HIV status is unexpectantly exposed at school.
Emmett [Peter Paige] gets hired to be the "queer eye" on TV and Ted [Scott Lowell] still struggles with his midlife crisis. Justin [Randy Harrison ] is back from Hollywood and Brian [Gale Harold] is back to health after his scare with cancer.
Debbie [Sharon Gless] develops a desirable relationship with the cute detective, Carl while dealing with the charming and flirty new lesbian waitress played by Rosie O'Donnell.
