* What are sterols/sterolins?
Sterols/sterolins are plant fats that are present in every single plant (fruit and vegetables).

* Does Moducare® have any side effects?
Long-term studies involving over 25,200 people in standard testing and clinical observations have found no adverse effects with Moducare®. When the immune system becomes balanced, some individuals may experience symptoms that indicate the body is trying to rid itself of toxins. These symptoms are temporary and may include digestive problems, rashes, headaches and fatigue.
* Is there anyone who should NOT take Moducare®?
Moducare® should not be taken by transplant patients i.e. those who have received any foreign organ or tissue including bone marrow and corneal transplants. People with synthetic/artificial replacement or reconstruction (e.g. hip, knee, breast or pacemaker) are not affected.
* What is the length of time Moducare® should be used?
Moducare® should be used on a continuous basis 3 capsules per day on an empty stomach. Do not take sterols and sterolins with animal products as they inhibit absorption of the plant sterols.

* Adults: As a food supplement, take 3 capsules daily, usually one in the morning, one midday and one in the evening, taken on an empty stomach for maximum absorption.
* For best results: take with water or juice between meals.
* When first starting to supplement with Moducare®, it is often a good idea to double the daily requirement for the first week or so. This allows the body to build up its reserves as quickly as possible.
* Do not take with animal fats (including milk) as they inhibit absorption.
