Shaun Proulx was very active in the
Toronto Pride 2010 30th Anniversary Party Pride Week, kicking it off with the Flag Raising downtown Toronto where he attended the Ceremony at City Hall. Later at the official launch party at Woody's Bar, downtown Toronto,
Deb Pearce was Master of Ceremonies with
Shaun Proulx as guest speaker. Shaun also got to speak at The Proud Voices Event.

I caught up with Shaun on facebook to ask him what's his fav LGTB movie and more below.
Notsraight:What was the first LGTB movie you watched?
Shaun Proulx: Longtime Companion, and I think I'd still cry at the end if I watched it again.
Notsraight: What is your favorite genre for movies?
Coming Out / Camp / Romance / Suspense / Action / Horror
Shaun Proulx: Anything with a good plot and strong acting. Which whittles down one or two options.
Notsraight: What is your favorite LGTB movie?
Shaun Proulx: Mommie Dearest
Notsraight: What is your favorite Hetrosexual movie?
Shaun Proulx: The Tommy Lee / Pamela Anderson sex tape
Notsraight: If you could have a luncheon with any two people (real of fictitious/ from any time period, dead or alive), which two people would you choose and Why?
Shaun Proulx: Madonna and Oprah. Both have always inspired me; I have autographed photos of each framed in my office as a reminder to go after what I want and don't think for a moment what anyone thinks of me.
Notsraight: Which is your favorite time of the day? Are you a morning person or a night person?
Shaun Proulx: I'm a 'wish I didn't have to sleep' person. But ultimately morning.
Notsraight: What's your favorite song/artist of the moment?
Shaun Proulx: Check out VV Brown sometime. Sexy retro fun from London.
Notsraight: What's your favorite thing to do on a Sunday afternoon?
Shaun Proulx: Shag / smoke / snuggle / snack / sleep. Rinse and repeat.
Notsraight: Are you a cat or a dog lover?
Shaun Proulx: Both, but ultimately I'm a dog man. And a dog, man.
Notsraight: Do you have a pet/s?
Shaun Proulx: Annie Proulx's the cat who likes to chat, Jack's the long-haired miniature Dachshund who is a little bastard, and Ella's my girl, a red-headed American Cocker Spaniel my fiance and I rescued from the Humane Society two summers back. You couldn't even touch her at first without getting flesh full of teeth. Now she's a lovin' spoonful. There's only room for one bitch in my home.
