When shopping with Notstraight,
- By using the Site and information available on it, you agree to these terms.
- The sale is closed once the credit card information is approved.
- Customers who purchase from this website must be at least 18 years old.
- We can add to or modify the rules at any time. However, the rules applicable will always be those in effect at the closing of the contract.

- We accept the following methods of payment:

- We do not accept cheques or cash. We offer real time exchange rates to our customers.
- All prices on your invoice appear in Canadian dollars.
- When submitting your order, you're accepting our business terms.
- If you place an order which violates your local laws, Notstraight cannot
be held responsible for any prosecution whatsoever.

- If the customer sends an item for return without positive identification [unidentifiable, containing no source of identifying the customer or order-number] and/or without authorization [the customer is obligated to contact Notstraight to obtain a Return Authorization Number and instructions], no credit will be issued and Notstraight will not ship back the item to the customer.
- Please, note that we will only credit an item or an order that was lost after further investigation and upon reception of the appropriate affidavit, signed by the customer.
If a product is damaged in transit, Notstraight will issue a credit upon the reception of the damaged item.
- It is the responsiblity of the customer to use the appropriate carrier and take the necessary protections when shipping back an order.
- If the product is lost during the shipping and Notstraight does not receive it, no credit will be granted. The shipping protection only guarantees shipping to the customer, not back to Notstraight.
- All taxes or custom charges are at the expense of the buyer. If a package is refused by a customer [and the address is right], Notstraight will issue a credit equivalent to the value of the order upon receiving it back excluding shipping charges.
- Please note that we are not responsible for unforeseeable event such as: Postal strike,
Strike of the shipping agent , Strike or other disruptions of air or maritime transports, Natural disasters, war or political conflict.

- In order to stay competitive in today's market our prices may vary from day to day. Unfortunately, sometimes the price change could take place whilst you are browsing the site. A number of factors can influence price discrepancies from one moment to another. Therefore, in case of a price conflict, the value listed at the end of your checkout will be the final price.
Discrepancies in price /Errors in price calculations
- Assuredly, we take every step to ensure that the prices we display while you checkout to pay for your orders are acurate. Unfortunately, technical problems do occur. It is your responsibility to ensure that you were billed correctly for your order before it ships.
- If you discover that you were not properly billed for your purchase, if you discover a mistake, you must cancel your order cancelorder@notstraight.com as soon as possible before your order is shipped. You may then reorder the product with the credit obtained from the cancellation.
- If the miscalculated order is shipped before you cancel the order, we will not issue a credit nor a refund, even if the order was improperly billed.
- Notstraight reserves the right to cancel, at any time, an order in which certain items contain a major and erroneous sales price. This is done for the protection of the customer from possible legal actions (such as fraud).

We aim to satisfy you, hence,
- For your protection, in case of any difficulties or problems, the Terms and Conditions will be subject to Canadian law. In the case where shipped products are seized by customs in the customers's country, we cannot be deemed responsible. No credit will be granted and we cannot reship the products.
- It is the responsiblity of the customer to know the laws of her/his country. If a package is seized by customs for any reason, no reship will be granted even if the package was sent with protection.

- Notstraight reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to ask proof of ownership of the credit card used to place an order, inorder to protect its interests and those of its customers.
- This proof of ownership is either an address verification or a faxed copy of the credit card used to place the order or a faxed copy of a monthly statement of the card used to place the order.
- This verification can be done even if the customer is a returning customer.

- Notstraight must abide to distribution regulations from studios or suppliers of product to be able to maintain its current prices. Thus, when a studio or suppliers of product requests it, we must refrain from selling the products of that studio or suppliers to customers who do not have a billing address in Canada.
- To enforce that restriction, Notstraight reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel an item or an order which contain items that we are not allowed to distribute outside Canada.

- Notstraight reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time.

- Notstraight takes every measure to ensure that the descriptions we provide for all our movies and products are accurate. However, unfortunately, oversights and errors do occur and Notstraight does not take responsibility for such mistakes or omissions.

- Notstraight will only refund credits that are available in the customers account once it has been requested.
- A credit will be issued at the moment of cancellation of either a single product or an entire order. Credits that are available on your account will be applied to your next purchase at the time of shipment.

as cost and method of payment.
- All information relating to price are shown at confirmation of purchase.
- Please note that all transactions may be subjected to verification.

- The maximum delay before declaring a package lost is 90 days. Please, note that we will only credit an item or an order that was lost after further investigation and upon reception of the appropriate affidavit, signed by the customer.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in our database and on our website that may have charged the wrong price for an item.
- We reserve the right to correct any errors that may be caused by our shopping cart program such as incorrect shipping charges.
- We reserve the right to correct any and all other types of errors that may effect your order.

edit content or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
