• You can order on-line with Visa or Mastercard using our easy to use shopping cart.
• Select the items you want to order.
• Click on "Buy Now" to add the item to your shopping cart.
• - When ordering movies, be sure to choose the correct format.
  - When ordering products, be sure to select the correct quantity.
• Either click on "Return Shopping" to continue shopping or "Check Out" to purchase your items.

• You can order by phone by calling Customer Service: 1 (866) 473-3241. A representative will be available 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, Eastern Time.

• At any time during your order, click the link in the top right corner of the page that says 'View Cart'. This will take you to your shopping cart.
• In your shopping cart you will notice that the chosen products or movies with the name, format, quantity and price clearly visible.
• If you've changed your mind about a product or movie, Don't worry, just click on the button "Remove"
• This will allow you to delete any item that you may have changed your mind about before proceeding to checkout aswell as keep track on how much you have placed in your cart.
• To continue shopping, you can use the Notstraight Search that is located on the top right of every page or click on the left navigation bar to quide you to your next search or purchase.
• Once you have chosen all the items that you would like to place in your shopping cart, simply click on "Checkout" and follow the instructions.

• To send us your order by e-mail for movies, we will need the titles and format of the movies you want, as well as your shipping information, mailing address, phone number, email address and payment information. Please do not include credit card information in your email, since this is not an encrypted file.
• One of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you for billing information and confirmation.
• You will receive an email update to confirm your order and that we are proceeding with your request.
• Please note that email orders can take up to a few days longer to process than orders placed on our website.

• To send us your order by e-mail for natural health products, we will need the name of the product and quantity of how many of the products you want, as well as your shipping information, mailing address, phone number, email address and payment information.

• If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by sending an email to cancelorder@notstraight.com Include your full name and order number in your cancellation request.
• All cancellation requests will be confirmed by a return email from our customer service department.
• If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. Contact Customer Service for assistance. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.
• Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee an order cancellation or to modify it. We will do our very best to cancel or or modify your order requests but we cannot cancel or modify orders that have already been charged and shipped.
• If your cancellation request is made after we have shipped your order, see our Return Policy.

• At certain times we have to replenish our stock of certain titles that you might order. Please be aware that when we place an order with our suppliers, we have no way of knowing when we will receive your movie, as we have no way of knowing how long it will take for our suppliers to furnish us with these titles.
• We'd love to be able to tell people when to expect their movies, it would make things much easier for all involved. If our supplier is out of stock, they have to re-order from the studio that owns the rights to the movie. If the studio is out of stock, they have to manufacture more copies which can take time. Some studios will not manufacture more copies until they have reached a minimum order size. Each studio has different requirements in this area.
• What this means to you is that we will not have any information for you until we receive the product (or discover that it is unavailable). Once we receive the product, we will update you on the status of your order via email. However, if your movie has been on backorder for 4 weeks or more, then it is appropriate to e-mail us at orders@notstraight.com and we will be happy to look into the situation for you. We thank you for your patience.
• All orders will be kept active for a period of six months to allow for backorders to be filled. If you decide at any time during that period that you no longer wish to wait, please send us an email to cancel your order cancelorder@notstraight.com.
• You will be asked to confirm the cancellation and will receive an email confirming the cancellation request.

• All prices on your invoice appear in Canadian dollars. All subsequent invoices will have no shipping charges and will only list the cost of your order.
• One invoice number will be assigned to each order you have placed - you will find that number in the top right corner of your invoice. This is the number we will refer to when we update your order status. For example, your first invoice may be No. 023474-000016A. If we send you a second shipment, the invoice number will be No. 023474-000016B, etc.
• If you have a question about your invoice, we will need to know your original order number from when you placed the order. You will find it in the top right corner of your invoice.

• When you're done shopping, click "Checkout" in your shopping cart. You will be asked to enter your billing and shipping information.
• Before giving your credit card number, you will be taken to a review order page that details your entire order.

• A refund can only be issued if the merchandise is unopened and in its original packaging. You, of course, must pay all shipping cost.
• Refunds can only be issued to the credit card that the charge originated from.
• Refunds cannot be issued to a credit card after 60 days from the date the charge was made.
• We cannot issue a refund for more than the amount actually taken from the customer's credit card.
• Notstraight reserves the right to make refund adjustments at our discretion and according to available information.
