In 2010, Dusty Balfour was elected as The Imperial Court of Toronto's 24th Empress, a coveted title in Toronto's Drag Scene. Robert Paul is an Out gay artist living in Los Angeles CA. He is a trained animator and mostly self taught artist who is very much into the cartoon/comic book style of imagery and story telling.
