Presenting Dusty Balfour

In 2010, Dusty Balfour was anointed as The Imperial Court of Toronto´s 24th Empress, a coveted title in Toronto´s Drag Scene. In the year following, Dusty assisted in raising over $25,000 for local Toronto charities - Supporting our Youth (S.O.Y.) and People with AIDS Foundation (P.W.A.). Ms. Balfour has carved out a strong name for herself and is quickly claiming her place as a local legend-in-the-making.

Since her first day arriving on a pumpkin-chariot on a dark Halloween, Dusty has marvelled several of Church Street´s Drag Stages; including Woody´s, Cruise & Tango´s, and Toronto´s infamous Zelda´s: Restaurant & Bar. Dusty is recognized for her passionate work to create change for LGBTQ communities, and for her willingness to share the stage with a new generation of blooming artists aspiring to entertain.
